What you usually ask.

How much does it cost?

Three public plans: Starter €49, Professional €129, Network €299/mo, no lock-in. Pricing is on the site, no asterisks, no "ask your sales rep". Updates and support included.

How does the trial work?

14 days free, no card. You sign up with an email and try it with sample data or your own. If you stay, you add a payment method; if not, the account pauses and you have 30 days to download your data. No surprise charges.

Do you keep my data if I stop using it?

No. You export everything (customers, vehicles, ROs, invoices) for 30 days and then we really delete it. We only keep what the law requires (invoicing) and only for as long as required.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in any modern browser from computer, tablet or phone. If your mechanic can open Gmail, they can use Opermoto.

Does my mechanic have to use a phone or tablet?

Use whatever is at hand. The advisor from the counter computer; the mechanic from the phone for photos and the traffic light. We don't force you to buy new devices.

Is it compliant with Veri*factu / AEAT?

Yes, ready. Invoicing that meets Spanish regulations (sequential numbering per series and branch, frozen data, exportable to your accountant). Veri*factu, when it applies to you, switches on with one click.

What if I have a technical problem?

Human support by email and phone in Spanish business hours. No chatbot. If it's serious (you can't invoice), there's an emergency protocol. Usage questions in hours, not days.

Does it work if it's just me and one mechanic?

Yes, Starter is made exactly for that. You log in, add your first bike and get going; it does not force you to "set up the organisation".

Can I import my current customers?

Not today — bulk import is out of the MVP, and we would rather tell you straight. You add them by hand as they come in; in 4–6 weeks you have your real book. Very large base (>500): we look at it case by case.

What if I lose internet at the workshop?

Opermoto lives in the cloud; without internet you can't log in the usual way. It happens rarely and lasts minutes: a 4G router gets you out of trouble. Full offline mode is not in the MVP.

How do I cancel?

Settings → Plan → Cancel. No endless forms, no "wait, we will call you". The cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid cycle and you have 30 days to download your data.

Do you charge commission on customer payments?

No. Online payment uses an external gateway that has its own fee (charged by the bank, not us). We live off the subscription, not off scraping every payment.
